utils/import.ts and utils/csv.ts is probably better refactored to be mostly in import/types.ts and import/utils.ts and then it is only things relating to csv that aren't specfic to import or export that needs to find a home.

Also double-check that everything (especially all the files) that are now unused have been removed from the package.
