If there are large arrays in the preview it can cause a lot of mostly empty columns which causes excessive horizontal scrolling. Everything beyond the first element is just a placeholder anyway, so we might as well join them together into one cell.

Then it isn't a one to one representation of the CSV file anymore, but I think it would be worth it.
