• Implement close operation for client entities in Unified Test Runner
•  Fix duplicate CMAP logging test description (NODE-5212)
• Replace server?.s?.pool with server.pool here

Testing Requirements

• Pull in and run new CMAP logging spec tests
• Pull in and run relocated CMAP tests
