Should NOT be part of compass-components to avoid coupling compass-components with compass-specific code

We will add a special Provider for the GuideCue component that could be instantiated in the compass-home, will provide prop callbacks for the signals and allow us to plug telemetry into component behavior without tying it up to the compass-components package
