Load all connections directly in connection-storage

      In this PR, we dropped support for legacy connections (stored connections in compass created with old version of compass ~1.28).

      Users upgrading from old version to the latest version of compass or a user with any legacy connection, will see a toast when compass tries to load connections. This toast will guide them on how to migrate legacy connections.

      We also want to document these changes for any user.
