Documentation link should be configurable in the Query-bar component

      The Filter link at the start of the querybar has been removed. Might just mean some screenshots are out of date?

      The query-bar.tsx component has a hardcoded documentation link that is incorrect when applied in Data Explorer. We should make the docsLink a configurable property, probably just by making it an optional prop.
