Problem Statement/Rationale

Immediately after upgrading Compass, I'm no longer able to see _MONGOSHELL at the bottom of the application. Clicking "Settings" in the menu bar or the settings wheel does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade Compass to 1.39.0 on MacOS Ventura

Expected Results

I expect I can edit settings to enable dev tools
