How to retrieve logs for: Compass; Shell

      Steps to Reproduce

How could an engineer replicate the issue you’re reporting?

Create an index using 2 arrays (it should fail as expected).

The failed attempt is listed in the Indexes tab with the trashcan icon. Click trashcan icon. Can't delete it. Click the eye with the slash to hide it. Can't hide it.

Now delete every user-created index. The failed attempt cannot be removed.

      Expected Results

What do you expect to happen?

Allowed actions should follow through or gray it out.

      Actual Results

What do you observe is happening?

Deleting a failed index creation attempt should be allowed.

Hiding it should hide the item not go back to previous state.

Clicking "Refresh" button doesn't do anything.

Restarting Compass application erases the failed index attempts.
