Right now we have a lot of the generative ai components spread about Compass, in compass-query-bar, compass-aggregations, compass-components, and atlas-service. Let's avoid repeating things and keep things local with tighter interfaces. To do this let's move a lot of the duplicated things and things which are only for these features into a new package.
Let's call it `compass-generative-ai`. It will be a plugin and behave like other plugins in Compass (query-bar for instance).
