When I start Compass from the command line (or when the Atlas CLI launches if with atlas deployments connect), all the guide cues are displayed as if it was the first time I start Compass, which is very annoying.

I took a look at what is on local storage, and it would seem that each instance of Compass launched from the command line is somewhat sandboxed as local storage (aside from I think some Intercom stuff) is empty. If I manually insert something into local storage, or when I close the guide cues and their state is saved into local storage, the content of local storage does not appear on the next run.
