What is going wrong? What action would you like the Engineering team to take?

I am having problems with mongodb compass on my ubuntu laptop. I installed it but when I try to open it, it shows the normal gui for just a few seconds but then the screen turns white and I can't do anything. I noticed that when my mouse is off the compass window, the screen won't turn white but as soon as I mouse over the window, the compass screen turns white. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still have the same issue. I would like if you guys could look into this issue or just respond if it is a simple fix I have to do.

How could an engineer replicate the issue you're reporting?

I don't think many other people are having this issue so I don't really know. I only saw one thing online on askubuntu.com where someone posted having this problem but I saw no one answer on his/her post. They described exactly the problem I was having even mentioning how it took a few seconds. His/her was also posted a day before I got my problem.
