Add Delete button next to querybar

      • Disable the button if querybar fields that are incompatible with bulk delete are in use (limit and skip), show a tooltip if that's the case.
      • Enabled if the above is not the case.
      • We'll also likely disable the button if a bulk delete is in progress, but that's just because we don't want to override that state while the toast is showing. This will come later, though.
