Problem Statement/Rationale

Pressing enter on the filter and skip fields in the query bar opens the GenAI popup, while it should just submit the query.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to a database
2. Open a collection
3. Open Options > in the query bar.
4. Click on Skip, write a number
5. Press Enter in your keyboard 

Expected Results

It should submit the query.

Actual Results

It opens the GenAI popup, which feels like advertisement.
