Tab state is not being saved while switching tabs

      This feature was completed on March 15, 2020 yet it is still an issue

      Steps to Reproduce

      Open two tabs with different collections

      Expand any of the properties in a document in first tab

      Switch to the second tab and back again

      The properties have all been collapsed

      Expected Results

      The state should be saved.  All properties still open

      Actual Results

      Everything has been collapsed
