Add test to ensure we remove keytar eventually

      As this project is planned in two milestones, the second milestone removes keytar completely. 

      As part of this ticket, we will add a unit test in connection-storage that fails in three months reminding us implement COMPASS-7389. If however, the usage of Compass with keytar is significantly high (>1%), we will extend the date.
