We want to provide an easy way for non-engineering team members to install and test the latest `main` build of Compass.

The proposed action, is to "re-upload" the produced artifacts (at least for MacOs arm64, x64 and win exe) also on a stable url, which we can link on our channels for quickly test those builds.

Other platforms are a nice to have here, since the idea is to speed up QA for feature in progress and Documentation, and we have weekly beta for the rest.

NOTE: we may want to keep the "commit" based urls for the same artifacts
