Move the collection documents and indexes stats to the tabs

      In the PR, we removed the collection stats from the Collection Header in Compass. We added it in the individual tab names (document count in Documents tab and indexes count in Indexes tab). When hovered on the tab, it shows tooltip with more information (same information which we are currently showing).

      Counts as badges in the Documents and Indexes tabs, the rest of the stats as tooltips on the tabs.
