Create a new top sidebar that shows current open connections

      • Only shows open connections, sorted alphabetically, ignoring the type of connection.
      • When a connection is open, it's shown in the sidebar and it's expanded to show all databases.
      • The search filter for connections will work as it is, no change of behaviour.
      • The 3-dot menu is only visible when hovering over the connection name.
      • At the end of this task, the 3-dot menu is visible on hovering, but it doesn't do anything.
