      As part of this ticket,

      1. add breadcrumbs to Collections screen (ConnectionName > Database).
      2. add ConnectionName to the existing breadcrumb on Collection Screen.

      ConnectionName is the:

      1. name of the connection for favorite connection
      2. hostname for everything else

      Reference:

      1. `getConnectionTitle` function in `connection-info` package
      2. As part of this commit we removed the breadcrumbs in the Collections screen and `Cluster` from the Collection screen breadcrumb.
