While refreshing the list of databases the UI should indicate that it is refreshing

      We don't have a way to see whether a refresh is still happening or whether it is done so there is nothing for e2e tests (or a user) to wait before it can know that it can perform the next action.

       

      We could kinda wait for the skeleton loaders to disappear (at least on the Databases tab), but due to COMPASS-7695 that's not possible anyway.
