Currently both interfaces we have that can be used in compass internally for opening workspace tabs for a collection only allow to open query or aggregation sub tab in the collection (implicitly through initial agg / initial query options). We should add another prop that allows to deeplink to any subtab in collection tab workspace as these deeplinks are allowed in mms
