      The mac hosts in evergreen run macOS 11 Big Sur which dates from November 12, 2020. As an example, I'm on 14.3.1 which is Sonoma.

      This meant that we got no warning when Compass from a .zip packages stopped working because our e2e tests that test that .zip file kept succeeding when Sonoma got more finicky about something in there.
