Remove support for EOL servers in Compass

      All versions of mongodb older than 5.0 are EOL yet our [documentation|https://www.mongodb.com/docs/compass/current/install/#software-requirements) still lists 4.2 as required.

       

      Let's get the documentation updated and also remove 4.2 and 4.4 from our e2e tests.
