When killing an op fails then the performance tab enters a frozen state

      On the Performance tab. With a user with read write access but cannot kill operations.

      Click a slow op -> click to kill the op -> observe error, observe that the performance tab is no longer being updated and usable. The whole application is not frozen, just the performance tab is no longer usable.

      On main currently the current op display doesn't work, which is fixed in https://github.com/mongodb-js/compass/pull/5637 so this isn't possible currently, but once that is merged it will be. 

       

      This also might be reproducible if the request fails for network reasons, but I haven't tried that.

       

      Setting this a minor as we probably want to eventually revisit this whole package and this might not be worth doing until then.
