Right now disabled query bar inputs when AI is fetching focusable but you can't type in them. They don't have the same disabled visual effect as the text inputs, because our CodeMirror editor doesn't accept a disabled prop and doesn't set styles accordingly. At the same time, text inputs on designs do not have a grey background. Iterate on this with the design team to improve behaviour.
