      Current State:

When we connect to multiple connections, the connected connections gets expanded in the active connections panel but we don't scroll to the newly connected connection.

In some cases the newly connected cluster might get buried down in the active connections list because there is already a connection fully expanded lying there which leads to user thinking that the connection did not succeed.

Also when we're connected, in the saved connection list, the connected connection stays but clicking on it does nothing which also leads to confusion.

      To fix both of them:

      1. When connecting to a connection for the first time, we should scroll to the newly connected cluster in addition to expanding it.
      2. When already connected, and user clicks again on the connected connection, in the "Saved connections" list, we should still scroll to that connection in the "Active connections" list to show that its already connected to.
