Investigate why AUID as reported by Compass telemetry is not found in Atlas telemetry

      Compass telemetry implemented AUID following the spec described here: sha256 hashed okta user id. But based on the data analysis, the auid we are sending can't be mapped to real users in Atlas telemetry. We should investigate why this happens
