Update the workspace tabs’ naming, tooltips and some design tweaks

      • Increase max width to 192px max
      • (maybe) close button only on hover even for active tabs
      • Regular font, 11px, not bold
      • Always add the top border, just more dull
      • Secondary text color for text, icon and close button when inactive, primary when hovered/active. (not green welcome text)
      • Slightly taller tabs
