Problem Statement/Rationale

In older version the refresh button was always visible. Now the refresh button is no longer visible after drop of a database. 

This is annoying while testing the provisioning of a database if everything works. I search for my database; drop the database. Start my app. 

Now in older versions was able to press refresh to see my database but now need to undo my first query; select another database before can find my newly created database back.

Please be sure to attach relevant logs with any sensitive data redacted.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a database that is called "Pandora"
• Search for that database by exact name
• Drop the database
• Notice the refresh button that was visible in the main canvas is gone.
• Now first need to change the selected database, and in order to do that change your search query.

Expected Results

Refresh button should be always visible

Actual Results

Refresh button is not always visible

Additional Notes

Personally i liked the old place better then the new place of the refresh button. In different area's of the application the refresh button is on different places while it never just focus on that specific part of the application.

Having it in the left menu as before reflects better what it does do
