This state can be reached when the collection was sharded but then unmanaged. It differs from the "unsharded" state in that the sharding key has been chosen.

Unlike "unsharded" state, from this state the user doesn't have the option to create another key, but has the option to manage the collection. The design is close to the "Sharding key correct" state (see screenshot from the current version)
