Add new telemetry event for number of connections

      We will add new telemetry event to collect the number of connections in the multi-connection sidebar. This metric will help inform the priority of building custom folders to better help organize connections

      Existing events

      New Connection - when a connection is opened

      Keep the current event we have but append the number of active and inactive connections.
