      Summary

      As a Data Explorer user who is mindful of database performance, I want to be notified in Data Explorer when an index suggestion exists.

      Similar to how the Schema Anti-Patterns tab shows a notification when a schema anti-pattern is identified, we want to show a similar sort of notification on the Indexes tab when Performance Advisor identifies index suggestions.
