Hi team, growth marketing is looking to run an experiment (loaded own data checklist https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hNzbF7kRRqOzbt8-HSXdSyGbVWfIzt77lB93ExaEVv8/edit?tab=t.0) that triggers an Intercom checklist in real time when a user adds their own data.

With the new Data Explorer / Compass update, the ‘Namespace Created’ event we previously requested will eventually change to ‘Database Created’ over a gradual rollout period. Meanwhile starting in January, both events will co-exist. Therefore we want to trigger an Intercom checklist campaign with both the ‘Namespace Created’ and ‘Database Created' events so we have coverage on both until ‘Namespace Created’ is eventually phased out.

The request here for eng is to fire the 'Database Created' event in Intercom so that it triggers in real-time as soon as the action is complete with no page refresh (Intercom JS event: intercomService.trackEvent(<eventName>, <metadata that you want to include>).
