Let's make the 5 buttons on documents in the list and json views sticky so that when a user scrolls through a large document, that still have access to these primary buttons. 

Hopefully this is simple and we can just loop design in for review before releasing instead of requiring an EXPO ticket. The buttons should essentially be displayed in the place in the upper left and right hand corners while a user scrolls through a given document if their cursor is still hovering over the document when they stop scrolling.
