Issues got re-enabled in the compass monorepo

      Some time ago we disabled issues in compass github page and made it link to the MongoDB JIRA issue tracker (https://github.com/mongodb-js/compass/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml)

      Seems like something changed in this issue template configuration parsing on GH side and issues are open again. We should investigate and, if possible, adjust the config to make it work as before

      Update 2/24/25: 

      Take another look in late March in case GitHub has fixed the issues config. Consider re-enabling then.
