Lower length limit (configurable) for samples

      As per Tech Design, we want to lower the limit for samples. To not alter any existing functionality and to allow flexibility in this regard, let's make it configurable per `SchemaParseOptions`. The change can then also be behind the feature toggle in Compass.

      The limit in Compass will be set to 100 characters.
