If you zoom in on an area of the map that has a copyright notice, the map immediately zooms out all the way

      While testing https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/COMPASS-8981 I noticed this. The easiest one I can think of is if you zoom in on Guatemala. The moment you hit the bounding box at the right zoom level and the code sets the copyright notice that should appear bottom-right the map zooms out all the way. Probably makes it unusable for any area and zoom level that has a copyright notice attached.
