      Customers store various types of binary data in MongoDB. The Compass chat tool shows a number of requests to view this data. This ticket documents discussions requesting the ability to view binary data and attempts to recognize common requests or patterns.

      Common themes include:

      • view GridFS files, including PDFs
      • view UUID/GUID components
