When a user encounters an error in the diagram creation flow, we want to show that error to them. For instance if a list databases or list collections request fails. We can use the ErrorSummary component for this.

Add logs when these errors happen (already some TODOs in the code, not marked with this ticket though) and some unit tests for this flow.
