Add collection filter and collection count to the diagram creation flow

      Let's add a search text input to the collections selection table view, using a LeafyGreen `SearchInput`. This is a case insensitive filter that updates the table to only show collections that include the search text. 

      Also let's add a display of the amount of collections selected to the footer of the collection selection step of the wizard.
