      Allow users to change positions of the collection nodes. User can drag nodes. Once the drag stops, we'll save the updated positions.

      At this point we have the first visual edit, so we can replace the manual `SetModel` edit in the E2E test. See the tech design for detailed list of updates. This might be the majority of the work.
