Tooltips are missing on some of the icons in the toolbar (including export).

Not technically a blocker, but is so cheap that I would fix it right away; it's better not assume that icons will be obvious to external users.

NOTE It would be awesome to implement it in a way that forces new buttons to also have a tooltip.
