We are currently somewhat blocked from upgrading electron to latest: electron@38 dropped support for macos 11, we technically don't support 11 already, but at the same time we use macos 11 hosts for e2e testing lowest supported macos version as we currently don't have macos 13 hosts that we otherwise could've been using.

For the time being we will lock our electron updates to latest 37, but as soon as the macos hosts are provisioned, we should update our CI config and start updating electron to latest again
