Original Downstream Change Summary
The explain output for $setWindowFields will have the new peakTrackedMemBytes field instead of maxTotalMemoryUsageBytes, depending on whether Query Memory Tracking feature is enabled or not. Both are functionally the same and will still emit the same value.
Description of Linked Ticket
Once the memory tracking feature flag (SPM-3716) is on by default (when SERVER-88298 is merged), then the maxTotalMemoryUsageBytes field in explain output for $setWindowFields will be redundant. We should investigate whether it can be removed.
