Fix command monitoring JSON tests against latest server version

      A few of the command monitoring JSON tests are failing against the latest server version (mongos specifically) because the server added the "codeName" field to the response.

      The test runner needs to handle this.

      These tests have been temporarily disabled when testing against a sharded cluster.
