Fix consistently failing convenient api for transactions test on latest

      I propose that we temporarily disable the following test case {{
      testCase: MongoDB.Driver.Tests.Specifications.transactions_convenient_api.tests.transaction-options.json:withTransaction explicit transaction options override client options}} until SERVER-40685 is resolved. If we do this, we should also create a ticket to re-enable the test when SERVER-40685 is resolved
