Remove workaround for SERVER-40685

      The following commit introduced a workaround for SERVER-40685:

      By disabling using multiple mongoses:

      useMultipleShardRouters = false; // TODO: remove this line once SERVER-41532 is fixed

      Once SERVER-40685 is fixed this workaround should be removed.
