During the BoF, an attendee gave us some feedback regarding the third `MongoGridFS` constructor in the legacy project:

It's the only constructor not marked as obsolete. Should it be marked as obsolete?
He ran into some unusual runtime errors when trying to use this constructor–unfortunately I don't remember the details but it shouldn't be too hard to write a small test snippet that utilizes this constructor to make sure everything is okay.
