Update landing page so a default version can be specified other than latest

      Currently, if we want our landing page to show say 2.9.2 as the default option when 2.10.0-beta1 is available, we need manually edit our gh-pages branch after generating the html/js. (see CSHARP-2779) It would be nice if we could skip this hand edit.
