Currently, the links to sample code in our refdocs point to master (e.g. the link to AggregationSample at https://mongodb.github.io/mongo-csharp-driver/2.10/reference/driver/crud/linq/) . It would be more correct for the refdocs for v2.x to to point the sample on the 2.x branch.

This will probably involve the following:

Updating the release procedures so that we update the shortcode that produces the links to github code samples prior to generating documentation.
Updating the existing documentation such that the links point to the appropriate branch.
